Vodka Cocktails

VODKA COLLINS

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Club Soda
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: cherry
Glassware: Collins Glass

Shake whiskey, lemon juice, and superfine sugar in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Add club soda and stir. Garnish with a cherry.

VODKA GIMLET

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
- Splash of Lime juice
Glassware: cocktail glass

Stir over ice & Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or Combine in a rocks glass, Add a Garnish with a Lime wedge

VODKA MARTINI

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Vermouth
Glassware: cocktail glass

Shake or Stir over ice & Serve on the rocks or Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass, Garnish with a spear of Olives, *For a Dry Martini, omit vermouth & Garnish with a Twist

VODKA COBBLER

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 3 oz Club Soda
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice, Lemon Slice
Glassware: Old-Fashioned Glass

Dissolve the sugar in the club soda in an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Add the vodka and stir. Garnish with fruits.

VODKA COOLER

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 4 oz Lemon Lime Soda (7up)
- 1 Lemon Wedge
Glassware: Highball Glass

Mix vodka and soda in a highball glass with ice and stir. Garnish with the lemon wedge.

VODKA DAISY

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Glassware: Beer Mug

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into beer mug over crushed ice. Garnish with the fruits.

VODKA GRASSHOPPER

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Creme de Menth (green)
- 1 oz Creme de Cacao (white)
Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into cocktail glass.

VODKA SLING

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 2 tsp Water
- Garnish: Lemon Twist
Glassware: Highball Glass

Shake all the ingredientsin a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

VODKA SWIZZLE

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 - 3 oz Club Soda
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 2 dashes Bitters
Glassware: Old-Fashioned Glass

Mix gin, lime juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice and stir. Serve with a swizzle stick.

BLACK MAGIC

Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Blackberry Sambuca
- Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Mix both the ingredients in a mixing glass and sitr. Pour into a cocktail glass.

BLOODY MARY

Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz Tomoto Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper & Sult
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Celery
- Glassware: Old-Fashioned Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge.

BLUE MONDAY

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
