Scotch Cocktails

SCOTCH COBBLER

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 3 oz Club Soda
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
- Glassware : Olf-Fashioned Glass
Dissolve the sugar in the club soda in an old-fashioned glass. Add the scotch over crushed ice and stir. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

SCOTCH COOLER

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 4 oz Lemon Lime Soda
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge
- Glassware : Highball Glass
Mix both the ingredients in a highball glass and stir. Garnish with the lemon wedge.

SCOTCH OLD-FASHIONED

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1/4 oz 151 Proof Rum
- 1/2 oz Water
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 dash Bitters
- Garnish: Lime Wedge
- Glassware : Old-Fashioned Glass

Dissolve superfine sugar in scotch. Combine bitters and water, superfine sugar and scotch in an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Add 151 proof rum and garnish with lime wedge.

SCOTCH SANGAREE

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Scotch
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 oz Water
- 1/2 oz Tawny Port
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: Lemon Twist, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Glassware : Highball Glass

Dissolve superfine sugar in water. Fill the glass with club soda and crushed ice in a highball glass. Float the port and garnish with the lemon twist, nutmeg and cinnamon

SCOTCH SOUR

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
- Glassware : Sour Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with the fruits.

THRILLER

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Ginger Wine (Green)
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- Glassware : Cocktail Glass

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

FANCY SCOTCH

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 2 dashes bitters
- Garnish: Lemon Twist
- Glassware : Cocktail Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

BLACK JACK

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- Glassware : Cocktail Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

GODFATHER

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Amaretto
- Glassware : Old-Fashioned Glass

Mix both the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice.

SHOOT

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 2 oz Dry Sherry
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Superfine Sugar
- Glassware : Cocktail Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the fruits.
