Rum Cocktails
RUM COBBLER
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 3 oz Club Soda - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice, Lemon Slice - Glassware: Highball Glass
Dissolve the sugar in club soda. Add rum over crushed ice in a highball glass and stir. Garnish with the fruits.
RUM COLLINS
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 1 oz Lemon Juice - 3 oz Club Soda - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice, Lemon Juice - Glassware: Highball Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the fruits and serve with straws.
RUM CRUSTA
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 1 oz Lemon Juice - 1/2 oz Triple Sec - 1 oz Maraschino Liqueur - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Orange Slice - Glassware: Highball Glass
Rub with edge of cocktail glass with lemon and dip into sugar. Shake rum, lemon juice, triple sec, maraschino liqueur in a shaker with ice and strain into the cocktail glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the orange slice over the rim of the glass.
RUM FIX
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 1 oz Lemon Juice - 1 oz Water - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - Garnish: Cherry, Lemon Slice - Glassware: Cocktail Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the fruits.
RUM FIZZ
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 4 oz Club Soda - 1 oz Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - Glassware: Collins Glass
Shake rum, lemon juice, and superfine sugar in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Pour club soda and stir.
RUM MARTINI
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth - Garnish: Cocktail Olive - Glassware: Cocktail Glass
Mix both the ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass. garnish with a cocktai olive.
RUM MILK PUNCH
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 4 oz Milk - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - Garnish: 1/4 tsp Nutmeg - Glassware: Collins Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass. Garnish with the Nutmeg.
RUM OLD-FASHIONED
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 1/4 oz 151 Proof Rum - 1/2 oz Water - 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar - 1 dash Bitters - Garnish: Lime Wedge - Glassware: Old-Fashioned Glass
Dissolve superfine sugar in rum. Combine bitters and water, superfine sugar and rum in an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Add 151 proof rum and garnish with lime wedge.
RUM SCREWDRIVER
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 5 oz Orange Juice - Glassware: Highball Glass
Mix both the ingredients in a highball glass over crushed ice.
RUM SOUR
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 1 oz Lemon Juice - 1/2 oz Superfine Sugar - Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice - Glassware: Sour Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with the fruits.
RUM SWIZZLE
Ingredients: - 2 oz Light Rum - 1/2 oz Lime Juice - 3 oz Club Soda - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - 1 dash Bitters - Glassware: Collins Glass
Shake rum, lime juice, superfine sugar, and bitters in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Serve with a swizzle stick
